The Life Fulfillment Formula Test is a 30 question test that takes about 10 minutes to take. You have a choice in the test to answer yes or no (true or false).

I have crafted the Life Fulfillment Formula Test to help clients figure out where they most need to focus, now, to increase their fulfillment. Once you take the test, you will be given a menu of programs that might be suitable for you at this time. We have a variety of programs, workshops, individual sessions and group sessions. I am sure you will find a great fit that will help you get started right away.
Judy trained to be a massage therapist. At first, it was great. She was so excited to be doing positive healing work in the world. Then, after a while, she noticed that something was wrong. She had built up her practice and had a good reputation but her clients started disappearing. She got worried and stressed. She started to get sick. Felt low energy. The clients she really loved started coming less frequently. She was getting more and more clients who really drained her. She could not figure out what was going on. Eventually she left massage therapy completely. It was taking too much of a toll.
Judy needed work on the Self Awareness area. Massage therapy is demanding work and she did not know how to take care of herself -- something not taught in schools and, for the most part, hard to find in general. As she got more and more taxed she lost clients because they also -- whether aware of it or not -- were being drained by her low energy.
Alison wanted to go into private practice as a therapist. She saved up some money to get started. She put a couple of ads in the local papers and let some friends know about what she was doing, but the clients either did not show up or did not stick. She could not figure it out but, eventually, decided that private practice was not for her. It just did not seem meant to be.
Alison needed to work (mostly) in the Empowered Action area. Specifically, to fulfill her mission, she needed to learn business skills and how to create her business so it would attract the right kind of clients and be prosperous.

To make the difference we want to make, we need to continually work on our own growth and development -- we must become more conscious or self-aware. The more we continue to develop our awareness, the easier it is to see where the problems are or might arise in ourselves and in others -- and the faster we can solve these problems. The more self-aware we are, the happier we are in our lives and work. The more self-aware we are, the less we believe we are victims of life and the people and things in it. The more empowered we are, the easier it is to be effective and profitable -- and to empower others.

No one exists in isolation. In order to be fulfilled in our own lives -- and effective at making the difference we want to make -- we need to understand how to connect. When we deeply understand our own and others' contributions -- as well as how we all fit into the larger pictures of relationship, community, and world -- we are capable of creating a more powerful and impactful life. As we learn skills around fostering and developing a healthy interconnectedness, we become more powerful leaders of change.

Empowered action seeks to have the most positive impact possible at all times, including all parts. It is founded on the belief that what happens inside and outside of us exists in relationships, and that a negative effect in one cannot be seen as a tolerable sacrifice. On the other hand, a positive effect can continually shape and uplift our lives and our world. Empowered action seeks to lift every person up by inspiring each person to be the leader of their own lives.
The bottom line is that I trust myself more and I recognize that I have something to offer! ~ Gretchen
